James L. Murtagh are delighted to bring c.48 acres of grazing lands for 5-year lease (cattle only) at Annagh, The Pigeons, Co. Longford.
The subject lands are laid out in neat divisions, all in permanent pasture, and benefit from a natural water supply thereon. These prime quality lands are available for cattle only and benefit from good handling facilities. Maps are available as the subject lands are being leased without entitlements. Please note the lands are being leased in bulk as per the folio map and it is up to lessee to do their due diligence in terms of usable area. Grazing on the lands can commence March 1st on each year of the term and the lands must be stripped no later than December 1st with no outwintering of stock or storage of bales thereon. Areas outside of the attached map in the ownership of the Lessor do not form part of the lease and are not to be entered upon without prior consent by the property owner.
Directions: From Athlone, head northeast on the N55 towards Ballymahon, travel for approximately 10.3 km to Tubberclair. Take the left and travel for approximately 750m before turning right towards Lurgan. After 3.7km turn left and continue on the road for 1.5km. The lands will be on your right-hand side.
