James L. Murtagh Auctioneers are delighted to offer for sale this Superb c.94 Acres Dairy Farm at Ballintue, Ballynacargy, Co. Westmeath.

The holding is laid out in two separate divisions, yet easily accessible by livestock on foot. The lands have extensive road frontage onto the Royal Canal and benefit from cattle accommodation including a 6-unit herringbone milking parlour, cubicles, and slatted shed.

Lot 1: c.31 Acres including cattle accommodation.
