The subject lands are all in permanent pasture and are laid out in 7 neat divisions. The lands are of good quality and benefit from handling facilities. The lands benefit from mains water which will be the responsibility of the lessee. Maps are available as the subject lands are being leased without entitlements. Please note the lands are being leased in bulk as per the folio map and it is up to lessee to do their due diligence in terms of usable area and grassland measurement.
