The lands are laid out in 6 neat divisions, all in permanent pasture and serviced by mains water, electricity whilst benefiting from a 2-bay hayshed and lean-to and a stand alone 2 bay shed. The lands are of good quality, majority free draining with some of the lands to the south heavy in nature. The lands can be leased for tillage or grazing or both. The subject lands are suitable for cattle only.

Grazing on the lands can commence March 1st on each year of the term and the lands must be stripped no later than December 1st with no outwintering of stock or storage of bales thereon.
Directions: From Mullingar, head towards Delvin on the N52 and continue for 4km, take the right onto the L5605 towards Macetown and turn left at the end of that road. Continue for 2km and the lands will be on the right hand side.
