The lands are all in permanent pasture, in easily managed divisions with livestock pen and fenced for sheep. Maps are available as the subject lands are being let without entitlements. Please note the lands are being let in bulk as per the folio map and it is up to the lessee to do their due diligence in terms of usable area.
Please note: It is a condition of the lease that full rental monies are paid in advance of occupation.
Directions: From Mullingar, head east towards the Dublin Bridge, turn left onto the Delvin road and continue for 1km. At the roundabout (at St. Lomans) continue towards the N4 and continue through the roundabout onto the N52, take the left onto the L1710 towards Ballagh and continue for 1km and the lands will be on the left hand side.
