James L. Murtagh are delighted to bring c.31 acres of grazing lands for 5-year lease (cattle only) at Townspark, Castlepollard, Co. Westmeath. The subject lands are laid out in two parcels either side of the road, laid out in neat divisions and all in permanent pasture. The lands benefit from mains water which will be the responsibility of the lessee. Maps are available as the subject lands are being leased without entitlements. Please note the lands are being leased in bulk as per the folio map and it is up to lessee to do their due diligence in terms of usable area. Grazing on the lands can commence March 1st on each year of the term and the lands must be stripped no later than December 1st with no outwintering of stock or storage of bales thereon. Areas outside of the attached map in the ownership of the Lessor do not form part of the lease and are not to be entered upon without prior consent by the property owner. Please note: It is a condition of the lease that full rental monies are paid in advance of occupation and on or before March 1st of each term of the lease. Location: From Castlepollard take the R395 towards Collistown, travel for approximately 2km and take the left onto the L5741 towards Teevrevagh/Loughpark, continue for approximately 1km and the lands will be on the left and right hand side after Little Friends Montessori.
